Brian M. Collins (CA Lic. No. 01430951) has over 20 years experience as a real estate investor, a CPA involved in real estate matters (including controller of a real estate development company), and a real estate lawyer.  Thus, Mr. Collins offers valuable knowledge of the Bay Area real estate market in general and the Marin County real estate market in particular to help you choose wisely when selling your property or investing in real estate.  As a long-time Marin County resident and parent of two children in Marin schools, Mr. Collins can guide you through alternatives when choosing a home and highlight what makes Marin County such a unique and special place to live and work.



Mr. Collins received his B.S. degree in Business Administration, with honors, from the University of California, Berkeley and his law degree also from the University of California, Berkeley.

STEVEN C. PRATT

Steve Pratt (CA Lic. No. 01952065 and CA Appraisal Lic. No. AR029884) joined Collins Real Estate to provide his clients with a broad base of real estate and financial knowledge to help first time home buyers, experienced investors, and everyone in between.  As a lifelong Marin County resident, Mr. Pratt has lived in and enjoyed many of our communities over the years and has been fortunate to raise his own children here as the third generation of Marin residents.



Mr. Pratt has developed his real estate career throughout the Bay Area over the past 15 years.  Most recently he was an Investment Sales Associate at Marcus and Millichap, where he focused on office buildings and other commercial properties in the East Bay.  Prior to that, Mr. Pratt built and managed a Real Estate Appraisal firm that provided valuations of single family homes and investment properties in Marin, Sonoma, and Napa Counties.  Mr. Pratt also spent time with a private equity firm that acquired and managed multi-family buildings in San Francisco.  All of his real estate experience is built on top of five years of intense capital market exposure as an equity derivatives trader and portfolio manager on the Pacific Exchange and on many years of firsthand experience with his own real estate investments.



Mr. Pratt has an MBA from Santa Clara and an undergraduate degree in Finance.
